Dealership marketing specialists Insight Bridge have managed an integrated launch campaign to drive visitor traffic for the opening of the UK’s first shopping centre based Honda dealership for long standing client G&M Motors.
The new dealership which opens on Saturday 31st October is situated in 2,500 sq ft of prime retail space at the entrance to the Dockside Shopping centre in Chatham Maritime.
DM, email, press, outdoor media and an event team have been deployed and the campaign also benefited from a joint marketing approach with the centre’s agency team.
The dealership (the first of its type in the UK) will sell Honda Car, Marine, Energy and Power Equipment ranges.
Paul Cook (Insight Bridge’s Managing Director) said “this new environment will provide us with the opportunity to interact with the lucrative commuter and family focussed profile which frequents the centre”.
He adds “the project is the culmination of 18months work analysing and monitoring the area by running a series of test campaigns and events to ensure that there was sufficient interest in the area to support a 2nd site”.
The opening is just another success story for G&M who celebrated their 40th year of trading in May, and were finalists in 7 industry awards categories this year including 2 for their highly successful marketing program which helped them acheive over 40 sales during a single 48 hour event in August.
